    Oral is an international firm based in Turkey with offices in Dubai, UAE  and through its partner in Moscow  in Russia  offering design, fit-out construction, project management, millwork and development services to luxury sector clients internationally. We specialize in designing and developing residential properties  in Turkey.  We developed  award winning our first  in-city luxury residential building  in 2009, and our first luxury eco-living farm development in 2011.  Since then we never stopped to build for our own. Through the combination of the two roles, architect and developer, we  managed to finish striking luxury residential buildings, old Ottoman houses, farm development, as well as renovation of old city apartments which represent the European lifestyle and show high special quality. Our  business model is open to either sale or rental of our properties for our own portfolio. Founded in 1933 by Oral family,  Oral is led by two brothers, Kerem Oral and Emre Oral.
